Spotless and unique hotel, quiet and absolutely perfect location to the Island of Bute. Well decorated units with tea, beautiful views and TV, very amiable employees.

The location was marvellous and stunning in the Bute area. What's more, it was very close to the Island of Bute, the beautiful loch's, and the ferry too. Reasonably large room which met every demand for an amazing stay. The

Perfect location in a superb area was a plus. Moreover, it's near to the ferry across to bute, site seeing, enjoying the beautiful loch's and other things to do and the shore of of Loch Striven.

This hotel is a hidden gem just next door to the ferry to Bute. The stunning views of the Kyles of Bute from the rooms are worth every penny. The attention to detail and lovely touches in the rooms provide great 

The place was wonderful and fantastic and restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff was very kind and incredibly nice. My room was absolutely stunning & recently refurbished with coffee and beautiful views 

Magnificent location to the ferry to Bute, you can walk everywhere. The room is well-appointed and there are incredibly beautiful views up to the mountains.
